For the past 10 years, my family and I have called Southern Baja, Mexico, home.
My passion for photography began in the early 2000s, before digital cameras became the norm. I spent countless hours in the college darkroom developing film and creating black-and-white prints. While studying journalism, I continued working with black-and-white film photography for five years, building a strong foundation in visual storytelling.
Over the years, I’ve continued to pursue photography, and my work has been exhibited in San Francisco, California, and at En Blanco Gallery in San José del Cabo, Mexico.
I specialize in maternity photography. Timeless images that families can cherish for years to come. Im excited to share a selection of maternity photo sessions that reflect my passion for capturing the beauty, strength and intimacy of pregnancy.

I began practicing yoga in 1999, and in 2005 I earned my first Yoga Teacher Training certification at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica. For more than 20 years, I have taught yoga classes and workshops. Since moving to Mexico in 2013, I have focused on private sessions and small-group classes that offer a more personalized experience.
I teach Fundamentals, Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Yin Yang, and Restorative Yoga, integrating breath work and meditation into every class. My teaching blends a variety of yoga traditions with skillful sequencing to build strength, balance, mobility, and inner calm. Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, you'll be supported in moving at your own pace and discovering what feels best for your body.
I believe each student is their own greatest teacher. My role is to provide a welcoming space where you can reconnect with your breath, trust your inner wisdom, and experience the benefits of yoga—both on and off the mat.

My dance journey began with classical ballet, which I studied from the age of 4 through 17. In my 40s, I rediscovered dance through an intuitive, improvisational form of contemporary ballet. When I dance, I connect with my heart, my breath, the present moment, the music, and my inner wisdom. I allow the unseen to shimmer with its own quiet divinity, trusting energy to guide the flow.Dance is so much more than just movement . Every step tells a story, every spin helps unwind, and every shake releases stagnant energy. It is an organic way to process emotions. Through dance, I meet my shadows while receiving and extending light. It is a prayer in motion—an offering to myself and to the universe.
More than 20 years of teaching yoga has naturally shaped my authentic approach to improvised choreography, where movement becomes meditation, expression, and healing.I never imagined I would share my dance videos online. I originally began recording myself simply to observe my improvisation and refine my alignment. As life continues to evolve, I've chosen to unapologetically share glimpses of this art form exactly as I am—not for approval, but to express my light, my experiences, and my love of movement. My hope is to inspire others while continuing to be inspired myself.

Five years ago, I began exploring art with charcoal, ink, and watercolor. That journey naturally evolved into acrylic and oil painting, allowing me to experiment with new techniques and textures.
You could say I went through my own "leaf period" for a couple of years. As someone who spends a great deal of time gardening, landscaping, and growing vegetables, I found endless inspiration in the natural world.
This series reflects that connection by incorporating organic materials into each painting. I began creating paintings inspired by leaf cuttings from my garden, pressing leaves and layering them with a variety of textures to create depth and movement.
The result is a collection that celebrates the beauty, complexity, and quiet elegance of nature.
